We want you to love your KOSI London socks. If you're not happy, we offer easy returns.

Returns Window

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

• For health and hygiene reasons, any socks that have been de-headed or removed from their original carded packaging are strictly non-returnable and cannot be reinstated into stock. This policy also extends to all gift-boxed products.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@kosilondon.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll send return instructions

3. Ship items back to us using a tracked service (you are responsible for return postage)

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• We do not refund original shipping charges
